House Rules
1. No Smoking Policy: A $250 fee will be charged if there’s any smoking on the property. 2. Pet Clean-Up Policy: If pet waste isn’t properly cleaned up—including in the backyard—a $250 cleaning fee will apply. To help keep the space clean for everyone, we provide plastic bags for all pet waste, which in turn, are properly disposed. This policy covers all pets, including Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Service Animals (SA). 3. Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that there are no refunds for changes in plans, road closures, or flight cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

• Safety: For your security, a motion-activated camera is located at the front door and monitors the exterior of the property only. There are no cameras inside the home. • Garage Access: The remote clicker for the garage is located in the golden basket on the coffee table in the main living area. • Optional Services: Housekeeping services are available between 9 AM and 8 PM for an additional cost.
