The maximum occupancy is 6 people and 1 infant. No unregistered guests are allowed. Please supervise children at all times, especially on the balcony. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. If we detect any evidence of smoking, a $250 fine will be imposed. No parties or events are allowed. We use decibel noise monitors to ensure calm environment. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any security concerns promptly. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances, and setting thermostat and AC units to 67F when not in use. To help keep our carpets clean, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes indoors. Dispose of trash in the designated bins in garage. Please follow local recycling guidelines. Trash collection is scheduled on Fridays, please put containers out on Thursday night. Don't forget to bring containers back within 24 hours after trash pick up, otherwise HOA will issue a fine that will be passed to the guest. We prepare thoroughly for your stay, but if we missed something, please report any pre-existing damage or issues within 24 hours of check-in. For problems during your stay, let us know right away so we can fix them quickly. Failure to report malfunctions promptly may result in liability for damages. Issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in are not eligible for refunds or discounts. Do not leave food on the counter top, close all food containers, and take out garbage to prevent bugs. Tampering with the outdoor camera, noise monitor, or smoke alarms is not allowed. Please keep the modem plugged in, as Wi-Fi is needed for devices, including the smart lock, to function properly. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized charging will incur a $15/day fee. Animal Rules During Your Stay: Feel free to bring your furry friends, but please inform us in advance so we could prepare pet bed, snacks and amenities. Max 1 pet with weight limit 35 lbs. Violation of animal rules may result in $250 fine. • Animals must not be left unattended at any time inside the house or in the balcony. • Owners are responsible for any damage and mess caused by their pets, emotional support animals or service animals (SA). Any damages or extra cleaning fees will be charged accordingly. • Please clean up after your pets indoors and outdoors. Use designated pet relief areas and dispose of waste properly. For indoor accidents, a urine remover is provided under the kitchen sink. • Pets are not allowed on the furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please use pet beds or crates if needed. • Ensure your animals do not disturb neighbors with excessive barking or noise. Service dogs are highly trained to stay quiet most of the time, and there is a noise level monitor installed in the property. • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks.
