Pet Clean-Up Policy: If pet waste isn’t properly cleaned up, including in the backyard, a $250 cleaning fee will apply. To help keep the space clean for everyone, we provide plastic bags for all pet waste, which in turn, are properly disposed. This policy covers all pets, including Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Service Animals (SA). 4. Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that there are no refunds for changes in plans, road closures, or flight cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. 5. Trash Collection is on Mondays; please, preferably, take trash out on Sunday night. 6. No unregistered guests allowed.
